Important features

  • Maintaining the employee’s general data, as well as those related to his leave balances, working hours and managing the employee’s custody.
  • The program provides reports by department, branch, department, job, location, classification, and working hours.
    The system deals with employee vacations of all kinds and automatically balances them and calculates the remainder, the day’s entitlement and the annual entitlement.
  • The system allows the creation of a separate shift for each employee separately, and a dedicated shift for each day of the week and for a period of several consecutive years, with mechanisms of copying and pasting for similar or following days, with the possibility of multiple shifts on the same day (up to 3 shifts).

  • The system takes into account the calculation of grace periods, overtime work before and after the required working hours, and the rest period.
    The time reports include all the information required to know about the time of an employee / group of employees in terms of totals for time, overtime, vacations and delays (see the attached figure). As well as the possibility of entering or modifying the working hours or entering a vacation from the same report.

  • Processing salaries and working hours for each employee independently by choosing a policy for dealing with this employee and among the policies: according to the shift, according to the required daily hours, and according to the hour, as well as fixed salaries that are not related to working hours, and finally the policy of proof of presence (proof of attendance).

  • The system contains a detailed report of departures and their classification in terms of personal and work departures and their notes.

  • The system includes a report of the movements of the watch and the modification or addition that occurred to it to compare the movements of the original watch with the report of the current working hours and the location of the seal in the event that there are several branches of the institution.

  • The system allows calculating employee salaries, whether based on the number of hours completed, or according to the employee’s shift, or the number of working hours, as it takes into account advances, allowances, transportation, overtime, morning delays, and departures.

  • Leaves and overtime work may or may not be calculated at the employee level.

  • The rate of deduction for morning delay and the percentage of overtime can also be controlled at the employee level, as well as the percentage of overtime on holidays.

  • A smart archiving system that allows the user to import all documents and attachments of pdf type and link them with employees and enter data related to documents to allow sorting and searching for them later easily.

  • An infinite number of working hours can be networked as branches and in remote locations, and there will be a centralization of data collection and reports.
